You first added me to the blacklist for no reason, and the blacklist works both ways. That's probably why I added you too.
There is a certain group of people here who think that giveaways like mine are "worthless", and they achieved their level only thanks to bundles, 90% discounts and closed groups. And although changes were supposed to take place a few years ago, this group stubbornly defends this bad system which only the rich have a chance to get a CV. And I guess you belong to it too.
There used to be a site called gameminer. CV there was fair because it worked based on the number of people who took part in the giveaway and not on the value of the game expressed in USD (which is totally unfair when I earn 1/4 of what you do and I pay the most for games in the world). And it was the best system because every game has some value and there are always people who want to win it.

You aren't on my BL and i can't remember on you and don't have notes (usually i store notes about users that i blacklist), which usually means that all should be ok with you from the begin or that you changed for what i blacklisted you in the past (in this case i would delete the notes in the most cases).
Yes, blacklists work in both directions, so when you BL me, you can't enter my GAs. I wouldn't need to BL you too to take your chance for entering away.
Your assuming that only rich have a chance to get cv is strange and wrong.
From my experience mostly users from economies that can't be described as rich, if the person is rich can't be known or checked as normal sg user, abusing the cv system.
I never used gameminer, so no idea if it was fairer or better as sg.
