Correct. You will want to file a ticket for a re-roll and provide evidence that the winner was not qualified to join the giveaway (i.e. joined because the link was leaked). Mention the non-activated gifts in your ticket, and if they have not already been dealt with, they will be.

Hi everyone! I was born on May 18. Today, I want to give you a trilogy to celebrate my late birthday. An important reason why i bought the trilogy is because the latest one came out on my birthday last year, Witcher 3.
