Oh yes, a curious phenomenon that occurs sporadically here and there around Steamgifts...
My own theory is that those who use "Cat" in the description of all gifs they use simply noticed that the example in Comment Formatting contains the word Cat. Assuming that's the only way gifs work, they put the word Cat in every gif they put on the site!
