Picture with my suggestion
As you can see in the picture, my suggestion is simple, add a category of marked (or any other name) games (that you will mark for add to list or unmark for remove of list manually) and a respective button to mark/unmark the games easily. It would be like some kind of internal steamgifts whistlist, which I find useful because there are many games/dlcs that I'm interested in monitored and entering but not adding them to my steam whistlist (I don't know if more pleople happens the same).
Also, if you enter the same game 4 times, instead of going to the recommended category, go to marked category and remain like marked game automatically, thus, in the recommended category there will only be recommended games (by website as currently) that you don't know/don't have in your marked list/haven't entried never.
