Not surprising that you're one of the leaders of the group, I guess you're a bit mad that the comment everyone will see when coming onto this discussion is how its a rip off.

Unfortunately for you I can say what I like about how your raffle sucks. Trying to get 6x the value for an item using a raffle is a rip off.

player gives 0.5$ to us, he has a chanse to get lets say 1$ then he will make a profit. you are not forced to do annything, you can leave because this is not a rip off ;)
to rip someone off is if i tell him i will give him ____ worth 10$ if i get something worth 5$, then i justdont do it.

As far as I know:

Misuse: the giveaway creator doesn't send the game, the winner marks as received anyways
Not activating: the giveaway creator sends the game, the winner doesn't activate it

I'm not sure, In that case the giveaway creator have to send proof to support that he sent the game (so they can manually mark as received), but I'm not sure what happens to the winner who marked it as not received.

I see some discussion here and it seems that kind of case will likely to be solved by sending support ticket for request received feedback. But there's a chance that kind of case will ended with permaban from what i read there. Thanks for sharing :)

It looks like he made an invite only giveaway with only one attempt to win , and the guy who won made an invite only for the same item which he won. Bother for game maker master studio, which he doesn't have.
