Why there is no option for 3 games? I got only cd key for 3 games. How to create giveaway then?

You mean you got the games which are available if you pay below the average?
If yes, you just have to pick up the Humble Bundle with "Below average" at the end.

I mean I used other keys from that HIB and I dont see option for HIB V to choose "below average". I see this option for other HIB but not for V. Those 3 not used games are: Super Meat Boy, Lone Survivor and Braid.

SMB, Lone Survivor, and Braid was the Beat The Average key, not the below average games. There is no option for just the BTA key, because that is not an acceptable gift to give. Only full, unused Gift URLs are acceptable, not single keys.

No, you can give away single keys from bundles.

However, HIB doesn't give out single keys, and they're is no option to give just the bonus.

You might be able to make a giveaway for one of those games (say a Super Meat Boy giveaway) and give the key for all 3 to the winner - I'm not sure if that's OK so maybe ask a mod first.

As mentioned, the HiB ToS do not allow for games to be given out separately. That's not a restriction of steamgifts, but you should observe it anyway, since HiB rocks. It's cheaper to buy another bundle to give away than any of those games alone on sale.

OK so simple question and simple answer pls(yes or no): cam I create giveaway for 1 of those games and add note I give + 2 other games as bonus like ageofarmageddon said, cuz I cant create giveaway for 3 games in pack?
