How can a make a giveaway with a Steam Key?

Hi. It will be my first time and I don't want to lose this key I have. Well, I have a Steam Key for "Tiny Bang Story" from a recent Indie Bundle. I have the game already. How can I activate the key and not losing the chance to give the game after?

Please, help.

Edit: By the way, I saw the FAQ, but only talk about buying a game and then send it as a gift for myself. I don't know if that is possible (and how) with a retail key.

This, bundle games are not allowed as giveaways unless you give out the complete bundle.

Cause the rules say so.
If that was allowed everyone will be spamming SteamGifts with bundle games.

You aren't allowed to giveaway games from indie bundles like Humble, Royale, Gala. You can give from the steam store.
That's the rule.

You can give it away on the forums though. Through a puzzle or just posting it or thinking of something even more creative(?).
