How to see if a game is counted as bundled?

Does seem there isn't anything to indicate such at this time, but bundle titles still have reduced contribution towards the new level system last I heard (during testing).

Try google cache. Works now until it shows 404 too...

Is there also a list for blocked games (those that were free)?

Another method is to use enhanced steam.Just open the game you are giving away on steam and scroll to the buy option,you will be able to see if the game has ever been bundled(no. of times too) if nothing appears it means it haven't been bundled.(Make sure enhanced steam is on)
