Think they're busy with fixing server issues and stuff, been waiting a while myself, be patient

They answered mine question in a month. They are busy, just give them some time.

I think they need bigger staff. I'd volunteer

My oldest ticket which is still open is 2 Months old..no problem^^
My last ticket about a not received giveaway took about 1 month....but the user got suspended and the entry deleted from my account...everything is fine =)

To staff: been 3 months and my question is yet to be answered. But I don't think that making forum posts is gonna help lots.

There are almost 1000 tickets i'm queue and increasing every day. More tickets are being created than volunteer hours available. Have expressed our needs many times, but no results yet. Sorry. It sucks. And the more the workload piles up, the more we feel overwhelmed and less motivated to handle it.

Bump it up once every week.
