One thing isn't really clear from that doc: group ratio is counted for GAs made only for this one group or is multi-group allowed? Asking because I deal only in bundle stuff, and in a decent quantities, but I'd never do a group exclusive GA.

Yes... your ratio is based on the giveaways you make for the group. Sorry... making multi-group Ga's ONLY would not be a workable option.

I would like to re apply for the group as an old member.
I was part of it last year with more giveaways sent to group members than won (6-4). However, i do not meet one of the criteria yet:

a minimum level 4+ on SG

If this factor can be skipped due to the fact that i was until recently a member, i would like to join the group.
