so I bought it for $25.51 with coupon that's almost 75% off and batman I bought and origins is deal was 75% off and I stack it with a coupon and got it for $5.62 so it really depends how you want to pay with credit card or steam wallet

Not true, it seems to be determined on an individual basis by GMG. For example, the 15% off ones during the sale have not worked with credit.
