I thought you were talking about a very good Steam deal we might have on Summer Sale, but you are talking just about this fake websites that require you to share ref links to get something like Steam Wallet, free Steam/Orgin/Uplay games, Minecraft accounts, online MMORPG subscriptions, GTA V PC key, etc, there are a lot of them,

Edit: I figured you are talking about some links you receive to email, and you must share it, this smells more like phishing scam.
