Someone suggested I came here to give away my extra keys from bundles, but I'm not sure if anybody would want the really older ones?
Does this site even accept the old Humble Bundle that give away a whole bundle with one key?

Fun games are fun to play, no matter how old they are. Some people have an old computer unable to run new titles, some people like the nostalgia, some people like the retro feeling, … Don't let the age stop you from giving them away.

EDIT: Removed unnecessary rambling, because Mihey3Z said it better.

As already said, if a game is good it is good, even if it is old. You can try to give some of them away, and see how many people enter: this could be the best way to understand if it is worthy. ;)

I wonder if any bundle would ever be considered "old" here in SG... :)

OK thanks, maybe I'll finally find someone who doesn't own the second Humble Indie Bundle? XD

Well, as I recall, the function where a package checks against a user's wishlist [within the search-by-wishlist tab] doesn't work for the older bundles, so it may slip past some of the users interested in the individual content (in this case, that being Braid, Machinarium, Osmos, and Revenge of the Titans). Similarly, I don't believe it'd check against ownership, so you'd probably want to check the winner's library prior to sending the content.
You'll probably also want to list the content and your preference for how much of the package you're comfortable with entrants owning in the giveaway description (as I've gotten the impression that a lot of users either mindlessly enter or deciding against entering on those packages, both due to not having interest in looking up the content themselves).

As far as interest, I usually see public giveaways of the old bundle listings finish with a few hundred entries; Being that you only need a single entry to receive site credit, here's little chance of things not resolving well even with a minimum duration and/or mid-level giveaway.

It's the frequency of bundling that lowers interest in a game, more than anything else. For games which both haven't been bundled often nor for a long while, they can climb back up to unbundled levels of interest- in some few cases moreso, given the visibility that bundling provided to the game. Of course, the visibility and tier of the bundling both factor in significantly to the impact on future demand.

Even for games repeatedly bundled at low tiers, if the game is high profile enough then there's always going to be someone who missed out along the way. Further, low-profile indie games not only have a more niche appeal to begin with, but are more likely to be resold, traded, or given away, due to how many purchasers are primarily focused on purchasing bundles for higher profile games [outside of their specific genre interests]. Hence, the surplus from a bundle sticks around longer, and is thus more impacted by rebundles than for a high-profile game.

Past that, you can always rely on the subset of SG users who enter giveaways solely for a +1 to their library count or the illusionary gratification of "winning". So, at the very least, it's extremely difficult to not get a handful of entries in any giveaway. Of course, methods such as checking a user's wishlisted date for the game, the size of their wishlist and library, and their ratio of wins played can be useful in avoiding such wasteful utilization of a game, if desired. In any case, it's extremely hard to find something that some subset of users on SG isn't going to take an interest in, if you're willing to make the offer.
