what do you do with an Unclaimed gift?

I made an auction for 2 copies of a game a few days ago and sent the gift thru email with steam, but it wasnt claimed.. i tried adding them as a friend but they didn't accept the friend request... what is the next step?

Wait until has been 7 days and then contact support and maybe ask for a reroll or something.

You would be surprised how stupid some people are...

But there some rules to protect the giveaway creator and the winner, so it can be challenging if someone doesn't stick to those rules.

You mean the giveaway that you made " few days ago" that ended 1 day ago?

You can send an email and try to add them to friends on steam. That's it. nothing more you can do, you just have to wait now. After 7 days you can reroll a winner if they don't accept it.

Give them some time, not everybody can be online 24/7

The winners have 7 days to claim their gift.
If after 7 days they have not, you can create a ticket to request a new winner.
