what is gameminer.ru

ive heard about gameminer being a russian steam gifts but i tried to join though steam login and that just put me into a infinate loop of me having to log in though steam. so logicly i googled it and found out about needing a invite so i got a invite and now have no idea how to use it. i might be missing something here or have a internet problem any soultions?

i have none of them have explained how to register and nobody else seems to have the same problem i have been expirencing
