Let me understand this because I don't know how the rerolls actually work. There were 6 giveaways (I don't count "Max Payne 3 Rockstar pass" because nobody entered). I have counted 8 contestants, kraken9 and I didn't win any game, so there are 6 games for the remaining 6, because nobody can win 2 games in these giveaways.
The questions are: all of these 6 contestants have won 1 of those games in this first round? Or there was a double or triple winner? And why the rerolls take weeks or months?

Jeez, uh, I'm not well-awaken but I'll try to answer :
tila won Max Payne 3 and Insurgency. As she was the only contestant for Insurgency, I gave it to her and requested a reroll for MP3.
BioShock 1 and 2 were won by different, eligible winners. No problem here. They got their gifts and are no longer eligible for the rest of the games. I warned them so they don't get false hopes in case rerolls land on them.
The winner of BioShock 2 also won the Pinball FX table but since he's no longer eligible I asked for a reroll.
So 3 rerolls are pending. And there are still 3 eligible entrants (you, Argestus and HaxterZ)
Should one person be selected for 2 games after the current reroll, I would reroll one of his wins...

In the end you still can win either MP3, the Max Payne Bundle or the Pinball FX table.
Same for HaxterZ.
Argestus can win either MP3 or the Max Payne bundle (he didn't enter the Pinball FX table giveaway).
I know this is complicated but that's the price to pay in order to make sure everyone gets his first win.

I will certainly do more like these in the future, just keep your eyes open on the forums and you won't miss them.
These giveaways aren't completed yet - I'm waiting for rerolls to be confirmed by support - so I'm not gonna make new ones until these are fully over.
