The whole point is to offer a first win. If you win between now and the end of my giveaways, you will no longer meet the requirement. Of course I will look at who meets them and who doesn't after the giveaways end.
I will favor people who never won over those who won in the developer giveaway, of course.
Should you win 2 of my giveaways at the same time, you would be eligible for getting one of them, then I would reroll the second one in favor of someone who never won.

I have. I opened some links but apparently they're for contributors only. In other words, if one wants to enter your giveaways they have to meet all the requirements and be a contributor? I'm sorry I still don't get it :(

You have gifted a total value of $14.99 in games. The site allows the creator of a giveaway to choose the minimum CV (contributor value) required to enter the giveaway.

I know that games from bundle are worth less than their value at steam store but how can it be that a bundled game worth 9,99$ gives me only 0,05$ to my VC ???????

After the first $30, bundled games give you max 20% of the CV you got from non bundled games (i.e. if you now were to give a non bundled game worth $20, you would have $30+$20+$4=$54 CV).

Anyway, I did a short time giveaway that just ended. Even if it is with also a game from a bundle I hope the winner will post the feedback soon and that it will bring me the 0,01$ I miss on my CV to enter David's giveaways in time. Yes. CV is limited at $30 if you gift only bundle games. You need to gift at least a non-bundle game to go over that limit.

What I understood is that first 25$ receive full value even if from a bundle and that remaining is worth only 20% of the game value if they are bundle games.
I didn't saw anywhere the 30$ limit... :(
That's unfair though, I gave away 7 games. Giving bundle games giveaway only 20% of their steam price for CV since 1st game and giving no value limitation would be more fair IMO.
