You can't give it away because you got the key for free.

In any case, as a general rule any game which was given away during a mass promotional event, such as those on WGN or PC Gamer, will likely be unlisted either temporarily or indefinitely, depending on the size of the giveaway. Only give away games you either purchased or traded to acquire.
