I was thinking about that.
But I had the feeling that my simple comment will get lost in all of that, so I decided to make another Thread.

look at it the other way - what if every commenter of a thread felt the same way and decided to post a topic? Right now we already have 3 or 4 separate topics discussing the same conference (and as well discussiong pretty much the same thing - BGE2 ;p)

Sorry but no, for be a discussion thread it doesn't matter if is in general or any other place. The only thing that matters is that there is NO question in the thread just posted links, if ppl make a discussion is a ppl thing not what OP created, otherwise if he want it to have a discussion he probably could had made a poll or asked something like "what u think would be the best game of this E3?" or something between those lines and that isn't there right? so no discussion.
Just giving the facts not taking sides or anything, but that's how it works at least from my point of view.

Sorry but I disagree, if you post something on discussion forums in an open thread you gotta assume that no matter if you ask a question in OP or not the topic can be viewed by others as a discussion thread. But that's not even my main point - main point being, there was already discussion thread with all info as well for the same thing, thus OP could just comment his info there and ask to be added to OP like all other people did, my main point being that creating 3rd thread for the same thing (no matter if OP finds it as discussion or infoboard really, it still takes place in forums) is pointless and only generates spam.

You do you. I had to accept with time that while I have almost 0 trouble managing ~30-40 games on GOG, and a good dozen on both Origin and uPlay along with 2k on Steam that other may not have the same skill to crosscheck this amount of data in head, and for those it's easier just to keep at one place.
Yet still, it's just awesome to ocassionally get a sweet deal, like the AC platformers for uPlay in a 1$ tier, instead of spending at least 2-3€ on each on Steam, I'm happy this works for me :)

I'm the same way, I've got all the major clients pinned on my task bar at the bottom of my screen for easy access. You can just find better deals sometimes outside of Steam and there are a ton of games I love playing on other clients too. Command and Conquer and Battlefield for instance.
