Speed test seem to be a bit borked right now, as I'm getting a far lower download speed according to it than I got when downloading a game earlier today.

Internet connection in Brazil is one of the most expensive in the world. In some states you get 1mb connection for about $50. The same goes for cell phones rates. And don't even get me started on car prices.
