first train for level 2+

hope i do this right this is my first train i appreciate what this site is i am very new to it. train

Minimum Real CV on Public Giveaways (Sent): 0 this rule makes no sense :) I mean everyone has sent minimum of 0 so you can just delete it all together.

Custom rule: level == 2 This only allows users of level 2 to enter. Not below that,not above.

You can just make your giveaway the level you want or use x or more rule for a level filter.
