Now i can't trade during 15 days?

Hello,

So i login on my Steam Account using my Phone, just to send a message to my friend.
I log out and the next day i start my Steam on my computer and when i try to trade something it says im block for 15 days.

I never removed my Steam Guard since 2012. I have login on this PC all days with no problem, and now he says im login using a mobile device? I don't understand, i'm using the Steam Program on a Desktop, like i always do.

Thanks for the fast replys.

"You can continue to trade from any devices or browsers, that were authorized for at least 15 days."

It seems more than one year with authorization is not enough. I even have two computers both with way, way more than 15 days and it continues to say that im in a mobile device and i need to wait 15 days.

This is wrong sadly. I was in a trade this morning that had a similar problem.

Basically, the guy who I was trading with could not trade b/c he was on a new device, so he went back to his old device, but the restriction still stood. I dont know if it was a bug or w/e, but it seems that once you get restricted, you're stuck.
