What order for Payday 2 DLCs?

Mod Courier dlc is a must have and i would personally recommend Sniper pack, not sure if i would play the game this much without it but then again i'm just a sucker for snipers in general. Also Weapon Pack #1 since it adds grenades. As for heist dlc's, perhaps only Big Bank, i found Hotline Miami a bit underwhelming and there is only one way you can play that compared to Big Bank

All of them except sniper since there's hardly any use for them and there's already a rifle in game that onehits most enemies.

Gage Weapon Pack #01 because it has grenades, very useful, Big Bank, because a very cool and big robbery, Gage Mod Courier because it gives 28 new weapon mods to unlock and that multi-color packages you find on maps will have a use, Armored Transport because it has 2 new heists and Christmas SoundTrack because is cheap and won't hurt if you buy it besides music it gives Santa masks and 3x giftable copies(but its not useful lol, just cheap, but different Santa masks are cool),

I got mod courier and armoured transport. I kinda regret not getting sniper or weapon #01 since snipers and grenades would really help against bull dozers, but I guess I'll just hold out until the christmas sale.

why would u spend money for a couple of weapons and masks ?

If you're thinking essentials, get the Weapon Pack 1 (Grenades and LMGs), Snipers (Thanatos FTW), Courier Mod (Tons of good mod in there) and either the Assault or Shotgun pack, depending on your play style.

Personally though, I prefer each one of them, make the game feel full. I know it sounds terrible but I love the game so much that I didn't care anymore. Just make sure you grab it during a sale, That way, you don't feel that the DLCs are too expensive.

Mod pack is the best out of them, lot of useful mods for your guns.

Shotgun pack is meh. Explosive ammo is useful for stunning dozers, but when you can kill them under two seconds it is not needed. Though they offer a bit different shotgun experience with semi-auto ones, but they lack the one shot kill on banana police. I'm not too fond of the only pump-action shotgun it offers, but it is a good weapon.

Big Bank for that price, what are you waiting for.

Sniper pack is a bit iffy. If you play with at least one other person, you're not going to need the shield penetrating effect the snipers have. Thanatos though is a monster, dropping dozers like flies but I'd say the pack isn't worth it just for that.

Weapon pack #1 gives you alright weapons and grenades which are good for stunning groups of enemies, but I never really found any useful purpose for them since the time it takes me to throw it, I could've killed that group already.

Weapon pack #2 gives LMGs, which give you nice change of pace if you can deal with how different they are. You're slow as shit and restricted to firing from the hip and they are not accurate weapons (at least without losing damage)

Armored Transport is a total meh. One heist reskinned multiple times. Though the weapons that come with it are really good.

Can't give an opinion about Assault pack because I don't own it.

All you need is a suit, Car-4 (ALL HAIL THE KING) modded with the dlc parts for everything else except specials and Stryk for literally melting dozers under two seconds. Though keep in mind that I only play loud overkill difficulty or DW stealth.

Gage mods are nice, weapon 1 is alright, seen good things with the sniper pack, big bank is pretty fun, armored transports is decent at adding a bit more variety for missions to chain, others I've heard mixed reviews about.

On an unrelated note, if unsure about if you should get some of them, see if you've got any cards/games to idle for em/other crap to sell to fund them, takes a bit of time to sell but if you've got enough should be able to cover at least one of them.

Gage Courier and Sniper Pack are the best of them. Gage adds decent to great weapon mods and Sniper Pack adds well, snipers. They go through shields, do a crapload of damage. You can do without the rest of the DLCs.
