stupid question about css & cs go

Valve doesn't make any additional money with CS:S, you buy it once and then you never pay again. With CS:GO it's a whole different thing, they make the most money with those silly retextures people can get from crates by buying keys. The more people play CS:GO, the more money they make with market transactions or by selling keys.
