Actually, they can re-open it, but Mods only close a thread if they feel administrator action is required. That means re-opening a thread without approval, after a Mod has closed it, is considered "naughty."

Video dos primeiros 20 minutos do The Division 2, tive alguns lags gráficos (provavelmente culpa do meu pc batata rs), o beta esta em inglês, mas a jogabilidade esta boa e o jogo parece promissor
