So an account named mapc added me and said he held a competition in the steamgift group and sent me an address. Then want me to choose an item in screenshot but when i clicked the link, i saw it downloaded a screenshot_2.scr and if im correct, it is a virus. Posted here so you guys don't make any mistake. Here is our conversation:

21:00 - Марс: Hi, we held a competition in the group steamgifts . Prize (link with virus) on 10 winners!
21:00 - Марс: You have been selected as one of ten random winners.
21:00 - Марс: You can choose any 5 items from the list on the screenshot (link with virus)

If you ever suspect a link is malicious, don't include it when you post about it please!

Yup it is a scam, run an Anti Virus and Malware on your system, hopefully you didn't install anything.

Not a text list = scam. When somebody is trying to give your a route that is obviously far away from being convenient to the other party, it is a good indicator that they are trying to lure you into a bad link.
Also, just use VirusTotal to scan anything (link or file) for possible shady stuff.
And finally: unless you know well and trust the other, never click on link shorteners, or at least unshorten them first.

Sometimes I think a basic internet security course should be held for all first-world and developing countries. :)

She sent me the exact same thing.
No offense, but you could've prevented all this if you've viewed her profile and notice all these negative comments before actually opening that suspicious link.
On side note,I recommend doing a system scan using your anti-virus and also Malware Bytes (It spots many threats that other antiviruses don't) just to be on the safe side.

Never open a link someone else gives you unless you just asked them for the link. Period. There are always other ways to get to the webpage in question. And when you do use a link, copy/paste it, don't click on it.
