I am from Hong Kong. The regiion lock is very strange. Killer is Dead is marked ASIA. But Risen is ROW, Risen 2 is EU.

Risen 2 Gold EU
Risen Retail
Killer is Dead (ASIA)
Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package Retail
Saints Row 2 Retail

I don't know what theSacred 3 and Dead Island will be.

Risen 2 "EU" means "it activates even in EU", while "NA+ROW" means "it does not activate in EU". Blame Deep Silver.

It depends on where you are from. If you are in NA, like me, then you most likely got this "package" of the game: https://steamdb.info/sub/67643/ which as we can see says "Territory Not Set" which should be region free. Looking at the other information tells us this "package" isnt available in the countries listed because there is another package with a different price for them. I think this region lock mess all started so that they could charge less in countries that have less and then charge us in NA/EU/AU as much as they literally feel like. Normally it isnt this complicated but apparently Deep Silver are a bunch of corporate vampires that went way over the top with region locks to maximize greed.

This whole thing is pretty confusing lol, I think it has more to do with "AllowPurchaseFromRestrictedCountries", but apparently people can sometimes redeem these keys anyways. However I've read cases where they redeemed the key but the game isnt playable because its banned in their country for violence or something. So it seems like there are purchase/price locks, full region locks, and play/ban locks and nothing is stated clearly at all. Humble, for this bundle, probably assigns you a key based on your payment method's region or your internet address.

Your internet address only if you pay via Bitcoin; Payment method or some weird mix of both if you pay via PP, Stripe etc.

I wont even risk making GAs for my leftovers from the bundle.
When I activated the keys I got "Risen 2 Gold EU" and "Dead Island GOTY (NA)" even tho my region is SA. Deep Silver made a mess with their regions aparently.

Dead Island GOTY NA means "not for Europe"; Risen 2 Gold EU means "even Europeans can use this".

If I won a game that ended up being region locked to a region I'm not in do I just mark the winning as recieved or not recieved. (I talked to him on steam and he gave me a key for a different game to make up for the region lock thing but still would like to ask since it wasn't a key for the game I technically won)

Never mark a game as recieved you didnt actually receive. If someone checks it will look like you did not activate your win and you will get a temporary suspension for it

Give 7 days to the GA creator before marking anything and if he hasn't sent you the game after that, mark as not received. The other thing you could do (as would I) is to let the creator reroll.

He gave me a key for a different game since I'm talking to him on steam at the moment, I told him about the reroll so hopefully he will end up doing that and hopefully the new winner wont end up in a area that the key is region locked out of.

When I think of It, It could be better if he deletes the GA and then create a new one, but this time in the proper region. He'll lose one giveaway slot, but he'll be sure that the next winner can redeem the game.
Edit: In both cases (reroll and deletion), the creator must provide evidence to support showing you allow it.

Funnny because Sacred 3 and Risen 1 with Risen 2 + DLC i added without problems. Worse is with Risen 3. :( I am from Poland. ;/
