Thank you all for participating in this, hope it was fun for you (or at least not maddening for those who got stuck). The giveaways have ended now, and I also sent the keys to the winners.
So those who were wondering what the solution is; if you go to my steam profile you can see my steam username (Andrew). So what does it have to do with warden? Well, if you ever played scrabble or anything like that, it is not hard to see that warden is an anagram to it. Then what is the logic?
andrew becomes warden, so then
cK4lYn becomes ncl4YK
then if you delete the last one, you get the 5 character combination in question.
If you are interested, how the hints could help is written below.
The first part of hint #0 just tells you my username is not a personal thing (like what I like to do or where I live etc.), just so people don't start to search in a wrong way. And the second part tells you that the things you need are accessible, and what information can you really access about a stranger on steamgifts?
Hint #1 was meant for people who got stuck. Just how long are the important looking things in the riddle? The cK4lYn combination is 6 characters. Then if you apply the logic to it, what you get should be 6 characters again so that when you delete the last one you get the 5 characters needed. From this you can suspect that the logic doesn't change the length of a (6 long) character combination, so if I got warden with it (it is also 6 characters), then you should search for something that is also 6 characters long (which would be my steam username).
Or, you could just say that warden is 6 characters long, the cK4lYn combination is also 6 ch. long, so maybe what you need to search for is also 6 ch. long.

I recently had an important exam, which I successfully passed, so I thought I could celebrate that with my first train. I also changed my steamgifts username (it was csireke before). I simply wanted to use Warden, but that's already taken (oh well).
So my (supposedly easy) puzzle would be this short riddle:
Why did I choose warden as my username? There is some sort of "logic" behind it. If you found out, use the same logic to this: cK4lYn, then delete the last one.
The puzzle leads to a simple 1+ giveaway, and from this giveaway you can jump on the train which I used sgtools for. (The rules are stricter there.) Since this is my first attempt at a puzzle and also a train, I made the giveaways two weeks long, so that I would have time to change something if there's a problem. Also it gives me time for additional hints if the puzzle would turn out to be too hard. (Please let me know if you think it is.)
