Games with stars

So some of the games in the giveaway list have stars next to them, I was just wondering what they meant.
I tried looking in the FAQ's and stuff but I couldn't find an answer.

Those games have been featured in a bundle. They will be handled as bundle games when calculating your contributor value.

These "stars" are called asterisks and that mean that they were bundle games.

The characters from these games were on Mario's birthday and the stars were just presents for guests.
