I won game but man sent me Origin key. Not Steam. What can I do?

Contact the gifter, inform them that the prize must be Steam redeemable. If they don't care, wait a week, mark Unreceived, perhaps alert Support that they are gifting Origin keys.

I am very sorry that this happened to you, maybe the contributor just mixed up their keys and this is an easy fix. As DeltaBladeX said, contact them and see what is happening and why. Then go from there.
