Why in steamtrades.com many people want Dota or Team Fortress key?

Because those are worth money and it's possible to trade them so it became a currency.

they are talking about this and This its just more easy to trade than using paypal

those are not game Keys, are game items. and those cost money. and people love money.

Cuz is the best currency to have, games fall in price, but keys only fall temporarily in price during big sales, so it's better have 10 keys than a game that cost 10 keys, the game will fall in price, keys won't, also you can keep them to trade for another games after or sell them with Paypal.

My guess is, easy, fast and simple to deal with. The price for keys don't change very much, so you can look at each key like a piece of currency of around $2 each, which you can then use to buy games fairly easily. The other thing is its much safer to trade with. For example I place 4 keys in trade, you place starbound, and then we both trade worry free compared to asking someone to send you money through paypal, hoping they don't request a problem and hoping someone sends a key.

TF2/Dota keys are like gold in real world.
