I think the easiest way to do this is simply for a person that wants to take up the mantle of acting as buyer and distributor makes a post and the first three people that replies gets in on that "round". Then it is up to each buying group on how to handle payment and gifting.

If I haven't calculated completely wrong the price is $15 per copy if the buyer pays in USD.

Since there are people interested, I'm gonna purchase the 4-pack today when I get home from work. Feel free to add me on Steam and I'll distribute the extra copies ($15 on paypal) for the first people that ask me.
