I only watched NASCAR cartoons (NASCAR Racers) as a kid, but did play NFS and Forza, so I'm familiar with racing games, although prefer arcade racing over simulation ones. Would you consider I should pick these games up?

DLC games like these should have better clarifications.

and the NASCAR Heat 4 - Season Pass says

Well, just wondering if that means that will include those December, November, October and September DLC's or are those Paid ones totally different things?

February 2019 Season Update most likely is not on that pack...... i'm mostly negatively lost

If you want to get the Champions Edition Content and the Career Boost: It can't be bought on Steam. But e. g. Fanatical and Gamersgate still have keys.

Given that I've always enjoyed Eutechnyx games (on PS1) I will get NASCAR '15 Victory Edition.
Aside from that, is any of the Heat series worth it? If anyone has played them all, please provide your recommendation on these games.

I honestly enjoyed the Heat 5

I like simulators as much as I like arcade racers. And although I find Nascar extremely boring in real life, the game actually was quite intriguing. As far as you increase difficulty and actually have to fight for places on the grid, even with the oval track it can be fun.
