The Caribbean Sail GAs [2 Copies, Level 0+]

Hello SG, I hope this GA finds you well. I was lucky enough to beta-test The Caribbean Sail and have enjoyed my time doing so.

I have 2 copies available to those that have this game on their wishlist of a "reasonable" size. Please only enter if you will play within 30 days. Beyond adding the game to your wishlist (which you can still do to join the GA), I encourage you to follow the game - the developer is pretty funny so you may enjoy reading updates in your activity feed.

I set wishlist games to <=500 (which to me is a HUGE wishlist) so that if you do choose to wishlist this game, it is more likely to be something you are actually interested in playing.

Looks like an interesting game, will have to keep it in mind. At least so far adding it to wishlist didn't work for sgtools though.

I see you changed it somewhat? Now it says
"Custom rule is not well constructed Variable "wishlisted_game_date" is not valid around position 1."

And yeah, I hadn't synced the first time, didn't find where sgtools sync feature is until now :)

OK, 2 have joined so I think it was a sync issue so I have updated the OP, thanks for letting me know.

I had changed the rule a few times before I realized it might be because of sync ... so if you try 1 more time it should hopefully work now :)

I think there may still be something wonky with the rule. Maybe the way it was originally set is the way to go? Still gives the same error message as before.

I get "Custom rule is not well constructed Variable "wishlisted_game_date" is not valid around position 1" after wishlisting and syncing both steamgifts and sgtools. I'm also confused by the sgtools dashboard; I think it shows the GA is finished?

Rip, I have the same issue. It's too bad because this game combines two things I love: pirates/sailing and Oregon Trail.

I think the rule is fixed now (I fail it, don't get an error) ... as far as the dashboard this is what SGTools shows if I create the "manage" page before the GA started

Custom rule: wishlist_date <= date('2017/10/28') and num_wishlisted_games <= 500

You should be able to enter

I know. I synced twice. So I don't know what's up with it. Maybe the wishlist number was set different? Mine is pretty large but not at 500.
