That may be true if they very recently added them, however there exists no news of this and the game has been out for quite a while now...so I'm not sure if it ever will tbh.

Spheroids was originally supposed to be in the $1 tier but the keys came in late so they switched it to the bonus slot, and have that $0.99 game in the $1 tier... Kinda dumb. Oh well

Hi guys, i pre order the bundle and received this

then, after few hours, after the pre order finished, i checked again, and still received the same note, while the payment already deducted from my account, but groupe still struggling to receive it

If you didn't succeed with payment, you can cancel the purchase."
So, anyone ever experienced it? and if in any distant future my purchase are accepted, do i received the full pre-order bundle, or i will just receive what $2 can get which is only tier 1.

well Humble and Bundlestars has the backing and funding of the AAA publishers, and aren't trying to stay indie. Groupees is at least still maintaining that indie exposure.

Years ago, way before any bundles had AAA games, someone over at Groupees (Shifty I believe) tried to insist to me that they were not purely an indie bundle, and that people might see AAA games in their bundles. This was at some point when people in Groupees' chat were talking about what they were hoping would be in future bundles, and some people were asking for things like Borderlands or Batman games.
Groupees likes to blow smoke up people's asses: promising them that they can hope for AAA games and the latest indie releases on the one hand, and promoting themselves as a champion of "exposure" on the other. Just a bunch of marketing spin.

fair points made, and it's all about where people place their value. I for one don't see Bundlestars as value nor do I ever consider Humble Monthly for their high "preorder" price, but many people are praising both. At the end of the day, it's marketing and exposure that determines worth to a game and site and developer. A game could be horrible yet it could be bought in the flocks because they had plenty of press coverage. While a game that won some indie art award could fall under the radar because it released at the same time as a AAA or veteran indie developer's work. Once again unfortunate but it's something that happens.

Groupees policy has always been to never reference bonus items in their preorder stats (understandable, as bonus items aren't guaranteed to be unlocked), meaning that Johnny and Shifty misled preorder-ers with their statements. Assuming that's simply a mistake, rather than being indicative of a shift in Groupees policies, then according to their previous policy statements you should be able to get a refund from Groupees if the purchase has a clear difference from what was promised in the preorder. Even with a shift in preorder quantity policy, Shifty did make it clear that 7 games would be available immediately after live launch, meaning you should have grounds to request a refund regardless.
In short, if you're legitimately not satisfied, contact Groupees quickly, while you still can indicate having a reasonable basis for a refund. Make sure not to claim any of your purchases before requesting the refund, or you may lose any rights to such.
