Any Simcity players here? 'Cuz I'm looking for some!

I can't say that I'm good at the game but I can say that I aint easy to trust people so I have not joined or created a public region. After 20 hrs of playing I believed I have got the hang of it but a huge region with just 2 cities of my own makes my job and the development of my cities much harder. So I'm looking for partner in c...itybuilding and I don't really mind how good you are. I'm looking of players that are mostly friendly and willing to tolerate my lack of level of skills. I still have much to learn.

I'm playing on pacific 1 server, my region is able to contain 16 cities, and I already built a city major in extracting crude oil and one that has its workers commute to other cities for work (both have a bus terminal, train station). The extended departments from the city hall I has built are one department of education, the department of safety, the department of utility, and the department of transportation.
