You and I are probably the only two people here that know what that is. I used a protractor to help me find angles on the screen.

I loved that. Even tweaked it a bit to cheat / break collision detection. That and Nibbles.

Why would you say that? GTA: Vice City appeared on PC too.

What? Vice city was released 10 years ago for PC, in the gaming industry that's old. and he doesn't need to be that young, most people from the late 80's and the 90's didn't get their first PC's until the 2000's, so some of them would be well into their teen years when they got their first PC.

On PC, some monochrome Pac-Man clone on a PC that didn't even use MS-DOS.
My first game for any system was something I can't name on a Sega SG-1000.

Those trial discs that used to come for DOS games, would be something like Return to Zork, Secret of Amen Ra, King's Quest, and Might & Magic all on one CD. I also recall Need For Speed (no subtitle, LAWLZ) quite fondly from my first PC playing years. My first ever game purchase for was a sick robot-fighting game called One Must Fall, I think they have some online iteration of it now.

Would you call the Commodore 64 a PC? If so, then it was probably International Karate +.

I'd call Commodores PC's since they were in their day regarded as such. I think mine was Golden Axe, but I could be mistaken...It could also be either Summer Olympiad or a motorbike game I can't remember the name of (I was only 3 or 4 at the time) which involved riding around a "world" containing a petrol station (which you started at), and a roller coaster type track thing.

What game you played first on PC, and ,when I say first, I mean it!
The first game that brought me into the gaming industry was Starsky and Hutch, a race game where Starsky drives and Hutch shoots. :)
