Information Required by IRC Section 6050W?!

Ok, so I got this error and my question here is, Is it safe to fill that form? Will i need to pay something?

It's not an error. Valve is required to ask this by US law. So, just fill in the information and you're done, you don't need to pay anything.

If you'd get too much money from selling, you'd need to admit it, when you are paying taxes. It's because if you sell something on market, you don't have to pay tax after it. But since you sold so many things this year, you have to fill that form. It's 100% safe and legal.
