I have videocard NVIDIA Geforce 9600M GT when install the version "398.36" say me "the videocard don't find" or something, why? Maybe search wrong driver?

Try by disable drivers sign check , if windows10 , go settings,windows update,restore,advanced restart , then when windows dos appear push button for disable windows drivers sign (maybe n7 if i not remember wrong or something like that),then when os start try to reinstall in this way and when windows ask you confirm install drivers without sign say yes.

Your card doesn't support the latest drivers cos it's so old.
Go to the nvidia website and download the right version for you card.

... a quick search tells me it should probably be GEFORCE 342.01 DRIVER
