Doubt whit Steam Key Game

Suppose I have a game activated on my account. with limited region.
If I buy same game valid in my region, and I return to register the code in steam.

I may play the game properly? or continue to have the limitation of region ?

Probably violence restriction for Germany or playable with a Russian IP only and stuff like that.

no, but they will write you back that this can not be undone and want a confirmation, so prepare for a 4 day wait (you write, get a reply 2 days later, confirm, game gets deleted 2 days later)
