EDIT: I thought it included all the DLC as I have it all, but from what I could find online it never had any DLC included. I couldn't figure out where I got mine from so I looked on the stores I've made purchases on and I never purchased the game. I then looked on Alienware Arena and I saw I got it from a GA there. A long time ago they gave away the Enhanced Edition as well as the Complete Edition, which included a key for the base game and 7 seperate keys for all the DLC.
As far a sort of bundle, Fanatical did sell it will all DLC 3 times in 2019. The lowest price was $7.49.
