In a word: no, there isn't.
Your best bet is to hide giveaways for games that you aren't interested in by clicking on the eye icon next to the game's name. Over time, the number of giveaways you'll see will diminish, and so not being able to enter won't be such a problem.

The answer is nearly always ESGST. You can filter giveaways by Genre (e.g. 'Adventure', 'Indie').
As for groups, yes there are definitely some for Puzzles and Visual Novels, just search through Group Recruitment.

I guess I've had this problem since joining SG years and years ago - after entering giveaways for WL items, I don't have an easy way of spending my points. I alternate between not entering anything outside of my WL (so most times outside of a bundle just being released there will only be maybe 0-4 new giveaways) and just going down the front page entering anything. For a while I would specifically look for games that had a smaller amount of entries so I had a higher chance of winning, but then the quality is usually much lower and in all honesty I will probably never get to those games. I'd love if there was just a way to sort for puzzle or rhythm games for example. I've added games extensively to my WL to help, but I want to limit it to games that I might buy one day. Is there a feature somewhere that lets me filter somehow, either through the website or some sort of plugin? Are there any groups focused around certain genres of game giveaways? I don't mind hosting a giveaway every now and then, I try and keep my real ratio over 1:1.
