Which Online Shop do you use?
Their support is weird... i said bag that i ordered didn't match size described at website they offered me to send another one. When i didn't want another one they offered me credit to purchase something else for value of that bag. No mention of sending it back ;)
The other time package got lost... So they sent another one... through Switzerland (im in Poland). All in all. They wont return you money, but other than that will do a lot to have happy customer.

I had similar experience on ebay last Des..
Bought 2 items from 2 vendors for my phone and tablet..
Both had problem (Damage on arrival and bad quality), Both payment refunded and I got to keep the items =)

I think Amazon has the same policy. This stems from the fact that if you return it, they need to pay for shipping back. Then they need someone to check it, and if you opened the package they have to sell it used, aka for less. So it's not really worth it for them. Also if you keep on reporting that the things you're buying are faulty, they can catch on that you're abusing the system and ban(?) you.

I ordered from Deals Extreme in November, everything went okay, but my parcel got stuck at customs because they don't include invoices, they just send you the e-mail. I have yet to receive my parcel, but that's because of the crappy way mail is handled with my country's postal service

I buy from Amazon all the time. I have only bought one thing from Ebay, and that was with an Ebay gift card. IMO Deal extreme and Alibaba aren't exactly "shopping sites", they just have a bunch of knock-off cheap chinese stuff.

I found Deal Extreme from a post in a popular website such as life hacker, engadget, gizmodo and such (One of the admin there posted / commented about Deal Extreme).. So I thought i might give it a shot..
Although most are cheap chinese knock-off =P

Never heard about Deal Extreme. I used eBay many times. I would like to use Amazon too with all the nice sales it has but the shipping costs are making it not to worth it.

If you are from Murica, I think Amazon would be one of the best option.. For international buyer, not so much..

I heard about Deal Extreme quite a while ago and they have something that I want that other place dont sell.
