It got auto-updated a while ago, I got Forced before the update. But I'm pretty sure if you ask around you can find someone who got and activated it now, how is it activated

Very strange. Last week I activated the key for Sunless Sea. Today I looked for the bonus games and saw, that I still can redeem Sunless Sea. I clicked on the button and got another key. The old one is now missing on my Humble-Account but still activated on my Steam-Account. Do that mean, that I have now a second, unused key for Sunless Sea?

No, it's another. I put every activated key in my excel sheet. When I enter now the old key into Steam they want to install Sunless Sea.

I just verified that it is a different key. I didn't want to risk putting it up for a giveaway, so I traded it to someone and the "re-revealed" key activated fine.

Forced is amazing (And I recommend it to all action rpg fans especially those that enjoy co-op mode), and I would get the whole bundle just for that and sunless sea, (well and to try Trine 3 which is a very short overpriced game from what I hear with bugs), however I already bought Forced in December Sales. So I'll stick with Tier1 after all just for Never Alone...
Duet seems kinda unique and pretty ok to try, but nothing to make fuss about for being an addition to this bundle.

Sunless Sea keys were for wrong edition and are getting revoked:
"Thank you for purchasing Humble Indie Bundle 16!

The one I activated was SUNLESS SEA - LIFETIME EDITION. I don't know what are the differences with this and the "ordinary" edition.

Noticed something unusual here - this bundle allowed bitcoin payments when it launched, but now has that option removed. It's possible they disabled it because of people using it to easily buy lots of Outlast copies to resell - but considering that the weekly also doesn't allow bitcoin payments even though the previous Pinball FX2 ones did, then it's looking like Humble might be removing it as an option altogether and just haven't got round to removing the 'bitcoin payments are disabled for this bundle' message yet. Hopefully I'm wrong.
