Why is Beyond the Wire marked as a given for free game?

Not sure where I should add the topic. But basically I checked the forums here, r/freegamefindings and gg.deals and neither has any info about it being given away for free. In Google, the only info I found is a giveaway of one key and some scammy site which asks for "mining" game keys. Anyone has any info?

It's paid, isn't it? You need to pay to participate in the giveaway, like Amazon Prime games

I believe this was offered via IGN Prime, which has (had?) a known exploit for receiving many copies of keys.
