It's the store page link. The stream should open automatically. Oh yea if you use Augmented Steam extension you have to disable it for the stream to show.

I initially posted the link to Doom: The Dark Ages store page. The stream didn't appear if I had Augmented Steam enabled. If it was disabled it worked. I checked if there was a setting in Augmented that might be causing it but didn't find one. Then someone else posted the direct link to the stream. That worked regardless of Augmented so I edited my op with the direct link.

Augmented Steam => App Page => "Completely remove any live broadcast" is a toggle.
Maybe yours was toggled to "On"

Ahh nono, these are free for now (not free before), Bethesda had been using these old Entries "QuakeCon 2023" to add new items on it, it has done freebies for 2023/2024/2025 (the 6 items now).
The "Quakecon Giveaway Test Advertising App" is the new entry they added now.

I don't think so. I watched their twitch stream that they did before announcing the steam stream and I thought I heard them say the stream would be on all week. Maybe it's buggy at the moment. Might want to try again at random times.

I did it in my web browser with the sound off and tab in the background. Steam client didn't work for me but they might have fixed it.
