You might want to elaborate on the quality of giveaways you want, else you might be swarmed by full value "quality games" (i.e. asset flip trash). My impression is, that this killed some groups, that started with a similar intent as yours.

If I may add some further suggestions, you should specify "with a notable number of reviews". Otherwise you'll end up debating what this means, soon enough. A minimum of 100 reviews should be okay.
And I'd probably raise the quality to at least 80%/very positive. 80% is about the median of all Steam reviews, so 50% of all games would still qualify.

i recently gave a couple games i got away, but apparently they werent worth any CV, i cannot buy games myself right now so i cant give many away, but i will try to give away any games that i get, when i first joined i was a bad lurker just entering into every giveaway and so i won a few games that i wasnt incredibly interested in playing, so thats why my ratio has been tanked, ive been trying to change that, but its hard for the reason i stated earlier,

Today I'm launching this group. You've asked me for something like this on several occasions. It was created with the intention of creating a strong community of SG users.
Are you tired of running giveaways and not getting any thanks if they win?
Would you like to be sure that the people who are going to win are people who are going to play or really want it?
Are you tired of seeing the same giveaways over and over again?
Do you want to have more chances to win by participating against fewer users?
If you have one or more yeses to these questions, this is the group for you.
To enter, you must be level +3 and have a ratio, that is, real CV divided by real RV, greater than 0.35. (Periodic checks will be carried out so that we are all within that minimum ratio.). Due to the large number of requests, I will personally evaluate each case, and be more receptive to people who play their wins, who do full-value GA, and who have good manners when winning.

The group is performing spectacularly, and I'll be opening up spaces until we reach 150 members. That will be the final number for now, and no more applications will be accepted until there are no more members or a vote is taken to open the group to more people.
