i saw your last puzzles but is this a riddle ?

Created a program to do something. I think it's working as intended, but the result wasn't what I thought I'd get and seems artificial but useless.

I'm pretty sure I know what to look at, just don't know as to the "How". Helps that there were certain changes after day 1.
