Q about multiple Steam games at once

AFAIK it tracks all of them.

it will count all at once, but you can only idle cards one by one.

Multiple games run at once will all get their playtime tracked, but the profile will only show the last one you launched.
You can also farm cards on multiple games simultaneously, although the drops would be significantly slower.
