If you happened to be able to at least click the Grab Coupon button once, and agree, then the next time the page even kinda loads (for me, all the graphics and CSS styling was missing), the key might be on your page. I assume you also had to already be logged in to the site though, as it was mentioning something about an email address and I never filled one in beyond logging in.
(Also, the page mentioned there were still over 98,000 codes still left. Might've even said 99,837 or something... unfortunately, I've already closed the window.)

You might be good then -- give the server a minute or two to react to that and get your key -- refreshing the page (smart coding there!...) should (hopefully) eventually show you your code.
(When I clicked agree, the message box just disappeared... and... nothing... also.)

When I clicked it... nothing happened.
But when I "loaded" the page (the text of it that loaded anyway...) a few minutes later, the key was part of the text that loaded.
